Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and a white painted steel exterior on drywall, with dimensions of 10' x 10', and is designed with 4 walls that provide Class A fire rating and STC31 sound performance for creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, such as wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels, a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the interior and exterior wall surfaces, as well as a detailed installation guide and suggested floor plan layout. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for installation above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to wiring. Each order also comes with a standard electrical kit that includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label and designed for a clean finish with handy boxes fastened to the back of the connecting posts. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior that are laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making this product suitable for noisier environments, and is available in gray and white color options.
