The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 8' x 10' with a three-wall configuration. It features Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, making it suitable for various facility environments. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, which consist of detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes with all necessary components to construct the identified sizes and floor plans, including wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-sized panels, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and hardware. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, reducing the risk of sagging, and mechanical fasteners are supplied to reinforce the connection. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring while providing quick access. An electrical kit is also included, comprising 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box for a neat appearance, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making this system ideal for noisier environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
