The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 20', with a four-wall construction that meets Class A fire and STC31 sound ratings, creating highly functional spaces within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Necessary components include wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, fully interchangeable, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and factory-installed locking frame to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners reinforce the connection at the top hinge plate, while wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access. The standard electrical kit features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all U.L. labeled, with a handy box secured to the connecting post and a cover plate for a polished look. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation—ideal for noisy plant environments—and are available in gray and white color options.
