The Porta-King inplant office is designed with gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10' x 12' with a 2-wall configuration. This structure adheres to Class A fire ratings and features an STC31 sound rating, facilitating a highly functional environment within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are straightforward to install, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, suggested floor plans, and an illustrated packing list. The package comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and associated hardware required for assembly. The wall panels stand at 8' high and are 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory installed into a locking frame that secures it to adjacent posts, preventing sagging, and it includes mechanical fasteners for additional reinforcement. Each wall connecting post serves as a vertical wiring chase and comes with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to concealed wiring. Additionally, the electrical kit contains 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all featuring the U.L. label, neatly packaged with a handy box and cover plate. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, ideal for high-noise environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
