Porta-King Inplant Office is a versatile structure featuring white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10 feet by 12 feet, and consists of four walls designed to provide a highly functional workspace within a facility. The kit includes all necessary components for setup, which comprises wall panels that are 8 feet high and 3 inches thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made from 20-gauge steel with a vision lite, and all relevant hardware. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts, ensuring stability and minimizing the risk of sagging. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases and come with 8-foot high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the package features a standard electrical kit containing 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2-inch vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation characteristics with an STC rating of 31. The entire installation is supported with comprehensive instructions and suggested floor layouts, ensuring a straightforward construction process while minimizing downtime.
