The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior with dimensions of 10' x 12' and a 3-wall configuration, offering Class A fire ratings and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional workspace within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for construction. The wall panels measure 8' high and 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing type with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners provide reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate, while the connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, including 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access to concealed wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a neat finish, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels comprise a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring excellent sound attenuation for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
