The Porta-King inplant office is designed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10' x 12' with a 2-wall configuration. It features Class A fire-rated panels and STC31 sound attenuation for enhanced functionality within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panels, and all required hardware for setup. Wall panels stand at 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar-sized panels. The door is factory-installed within a frame that locks into adjacent posts, reducing the risk of sagging, and includes mechanical fasteners for reinforced connections above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases and come with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with U.L. labels. The panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
