The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20', and consists of a 4-wall assembly with Class A fire ratings and STC31 sound attenuation, making it a highly functional space suitable for various facility environments. The kit includes pre-engineered components that simplify installation and minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and hardware required for the specified sizes and floor plans. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-sized panels, while the door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and include 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealment and access to wiring. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing U.L. labels. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation in noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
