The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20' with a 3-wall design, ensuring a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list, alongside all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the sizes and floor plans identified. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door, featuring a large vision lite that is painted to match the wall panel surfaces. It is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, reducing the risk of door sag, and is reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring and allow quick access during and after setup. Additionally, all orders come with a standard electrical kit that includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box that affixes to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall on both the interior and exterior surfaces, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation ideal for noisier plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
