The Porta-King in-plant office is designed with gray vinyl drywall for both the interior and exterior, measuring 20' x 20', consisting of four walls. It features Class A fire ratings and STC31 sound attenuation to create a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions and a suggested floor plan layout along with an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 door with a 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing design that includes a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surfaces, and the required hardware for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners are provided to reinforce the installation above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealment and quick access to wiring during and post assembly. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with handy boxes that securely attach to the connecting posts and cover plates for a polished look. All electrical devices come with the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl-finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering exceptional sound attenuation suitable for noisy plant environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
