The pocket filter is constructed of an ultra-fiberglass fiber media bonded to a thin non-woven synthetic backing and sewn with multiple rows of expanded stitching. These medium to high efficiency filters are suitable for a variety of commercial and industrial applications, including specialty uses such as oil mist collection, fume collection, and the collection of heavy concentrated airborne contaminants. They can be used as primary or secondary filters in HVAC systems, hospitals, automotive, and biotechnology sectors. The filter is available in a wide range of sizes, depths, and numbers of pockets, featuring an open throat design for optimum airflow, low initial pressure drop, and superior dust holding capacity. The header and J-channels are made of galvanized steel to provide filter strength.
