The pocket is constructed of an ultra-fiberglass fiber media bonded to a thin non-woven synthetic backing and sewn with multiple rows of expanded stitching. These medium to high efficiency filters can be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications as well as specialty applications such as oil mist collection, fume collection, and the collection of heavy concentrated airborne contaminants. It can serve as a primary or secondary filter in HVAC systems, hospitals, automotive, and biotechnology sectors. The kit and package include filters available in a wide range of sizes, depths, and numbers of pockets, featuring an open throat design for optimum airflow, low initial pressure drop, and superior dust holding capacity.
