The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, as well as hospitals. This filter features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream. It is available in MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15, and comes in both box-style and single header configurations with options for 6" or 12" depths. The filter is constructed with a galvanized steel frame and can function effectively as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application. This robust filter is particularly suitable for challenging conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems.
