The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. The filter is suitable as a replacement for pocket filters in environments requiring a rigid filter, including high humidity settings, commercial and industrial buildings, and hospitals. It is available with MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15 in a box-style and single header design, with options for 6" or 12" depths. The frame is made of galvanized steel, making it robust and capable of withstanding unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems. The product complies with standard HVAC filter specifications, and warranty terms apply as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
