The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including high humidity environments, hospitals, and as a replacement for pocket filters when rigid filters are required. The filter features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid galvanised steel frame, available in 6" or 12" depths, virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream. It is offered in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings in box-style and single header configurations. The robust construction allows it to function effectively as either a pre-filter or final filter, and it withstands unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems.
