The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including hospitals. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid galvanized steel frame construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream. This robust filter is available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings in a box-style and single header configuration, with options for 6" or 12" depths. It can serve as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application, and is especially suitable for use in conditions requiring a rigid filter or in environments with high humidity and variable air volume (VAV) systems.
