The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter featuring high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, with a rigid construction that virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. It is suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems and serves as a replacement for pocket filters, especially when conditions require a rigid filter or in high humidity environments such as commercial and industrial buildings and hospitals. The filter is available in MERV ratings 10, 11, 13, and 15, with box-style and single header configurations, and comes in 6" or 12" depths. It has a galvanized steel frame and can be used as a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application, offering robust performance that withstands unfavorable conditions, including variable air volume (VAV) systems.
