The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter that features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media, providing excellent dust holding capacity while its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. This filter is suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems and serves as a replacement for pocket filters when rigid filtration is required, particularly in high humidity environments, commercial buildings, industrial settings, and hospitals. It is available in MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15, with options of box-style and single header designs in 6" or 12" depths. The filter features a galvanized steel frame and can function effectively as either a pre-filter or a final filter depending on the application, while also being robust enough to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems.
