The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings, designed with high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity while its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream. It features a galvanized steel frame and is available in box-style and single header configurations with 6" or 12" depths. Suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems, the filter can be used as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application. This robust filter is specifically designed to withstand unfavorable conditions, including variable air volume (VAV) systems, making it ideal as a replacement for pocket filters in high humidity, commercial, industrial buildings, and hospitals.
