The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. The filter is suitable as a replacement for pocket filters in high humidity environments, commercial and industrial buildings, including hospitals. It is available in MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15, offered in box-style and single header configurations with depths of 6 inches or 12 inches. The frame is constructed of galvanized steel, and the filter can be used as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application. Its robust design allows it to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems. Warranty information is provided as specified by the manufacturer.
