The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed with a high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid galvanized steel frame construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. Suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems, it serves as a replacement for pocket filters in conditions requiring a rigid filter, including high humidity environments, commercial and industrial buildings, and hospitals. The filter is available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings, with box-style and single header options, and comes in 6" or 12" depths. It can be used as either a pre-filter or a final filter depending on the application. The robust filter is designed to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
