The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The high lofted ultrafine synthetic media provides excellent dust holding capacity and, coupled with its rigid galvanized steel frame construction, virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. It is available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings, with box-style and single header options, and comes in 6" or 12" depths. The filter can be used as a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application and is designed to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems, making it suitable for high humidity environments, commercial and industrial buildings, and hospitals.
