The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including hospitals. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that ensures excellent dust holding capacity while its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. This filter is available in MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15, with options for box-style and single header designs, as well as depths of 6 inches or 12 inches. Constructed with a galvanized steel frame, it can function as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application. This robust filter is particularly suited to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) scenarios.
