The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including hospitals. It features a high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid galvanized steel frame construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. Available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings, the filter comes in a box-style and single header design with options for 6" or 12" depths. This robust filter can be used as a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application and withstands unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems.
