The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including hospitals, and serves as a replacement for pocket filters in applications requiring a rigid filter or high humidity environments. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that offers excellent dust holding capacity, with a rigid galvanized steel frame available in 6" or 12" depths, box-style or single header options, and efficiency ratings of MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15. The robust filter construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream and can be used as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application, withstanding unfavorable conditions such as variable air volume (VAV) systems. The kit and package include the synthetic rigid cell filter with specified dimensions and frame options, complying with industry standards for commercial and industrial HVAC filtration.
