The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including hospitals. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. The filter is available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings in a box-style and single header configuration, with options for 6" or 12" depths. It has a galvanized steel frame and can be used as either a pre-filter or a final filter depending on the application. The robust design allows it to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems.
