The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that offers excellent dust holding capacity while its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. The filter is available in MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15, with options for box-style or single header configurations, and depths of 6" or 12". It comes equipped with a galvanized steel frame, making it suitable for use as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application. This robust filter is particularly effective in high humidity environments and can withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems.
