The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for use in most commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including hospitals. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity while its rigid construction minimizes dust particle unloading downstream. The filter is available in MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15, and comes in box-style and single header configurations with depths of 6 inches or 12 inches. It is constructed with a galvanized steel frame and can function as either a pre-filter or final filter, depending on the application. This robust filter is engineered to withstand unfavorable conditions, particularly in variable air volume (VAV) systems. The product complies with relevant industry standards and certifications.
