The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including hospitals. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, and its rigid galvanized steel frame construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream. The filter is available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings in a box-style and single header design with options for 6" or 12" depths. It can be used as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application and is robust enough to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems. The filter is suitable as a replacement for pocket filters in environments requiring a rigid filter or where high humidity is present. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
