The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter featuring a high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity and a rigid construction that virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. It is suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems, serving as a replacement for pocket filters in conditions requiring a rigid filter or in high humidity environments such as commercial and industrial buildings and hospitals. The filter is available in MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15, offered in box-style and single header configurations, with depths of either 6" or 12". It features a galvanized steel frame and can be used as a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application. This robust filter is designed to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) systems. Warranty terms are provided with the product.
