The DC motor has a power rating of 1/4 HP and operates at 1800 RPM within a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure, featuring an NS56C frame and a rigid C design, while being powered by 12V for continuous duty applications. This motor is suitable for battery or solar-powered operations, as well as generator-supplied low voltage DC applications, and is designed for high torque and continuous duty. Key attributes include easy access brushes for servicing, large oversized brushes that ensure longer brush life, and a removable stamped steel base. It is equipped with permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings, offers high starting torque, provides linear speed/torque over the entire speed range, and is capable of dynamic braking.
