The DC motor features a 1/2 hp power rating with a speed of 1800 rpm, housed in a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure with an S56C frame and designed for rigid C applications. It operates on 24V in continuous duty mode, making it suitable for battery, solar-powered, or generator-supplied low voltage DC applications. This motor is characterized by high torque and continuous duty designs. Key features include easy access brushes for servicing, large over-sized brushes that ensure a longer brush life, and a removable stamped steel base. It is equipped with permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings, high starting torque, and a linear speed/torque profile across the entire speed range.
