Southwire 63947655 Romex Simpull® cable with ground is a yellow 12/3 AWG nonmetallic-sheathed cable, available in a length of 250 ft. This cable is designed for both exposed and concealed work in typically dry locations, with a temperature limit of 90°C (with ampacity restricted to that for 60°C conductors). It can be installed in air voids of masonry block or tile walls, provided that these walls are not wet or damp. The voltage rating for this NM-B cable is 600 volts. Southwire's Romex Simpull® Type NM-B cable complies with UL Standard 83, UL Standard 719, Federal Specification A-A-59544, and adheres to the National Electrical Code requirements. Constructed as 2, 3, or 4 conductor cable with a ground wire, it features annealed (soft) copper conductors, where stranded conductors are compressed stranded. The conductor insulation is made of 90°C-rated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a nylon jacket. The Simpull® design facilitates easier pulling and installation, while the cable jacket is color-coded for quick size identification: white for 14 AWG, yellow for 12 AWG, orange for 10 AWG, and black for both 8 AWG and 6 AWG.
