Southwire 63948455 Romex Simpull® cable with ground is an orange, 10/3 AWG nonmetallic-sheathed cable that measures 250 ft in length. This type NM-B cable is suitable for both exposed and concealed work in normally dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90°C, with ampacity limited to that for 60°C conductors, as specified in applicable standards. It can be utilized in air voids of masonry block or tile walls where such walls are not wet or damp, with a voltage rating of 600 volts. The cable meets or exceeds UL Standard 83, UL Standard 719, Federal Specification A-A-59544, and National Electrical Code requirements. Constructed with 2, 3, or 4 conductor cable including a ground wire, it features annealed (soft) copper conductors which may be stranded and compressed. The conductor insulation is made of 90°C-rated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a nylon jacket, designed for easier pulling and installation. The color-coded cable jacket facilitates quick size identification, with white for 14 AWG, yellow for 12 AWG, orange for 10 AWG, and black for 8 AWG and 6 AWG.
