Springer Controls manufactures a complete line of IEC enclosed AC motor starters up to 60HP or 80A. Assembled motor starters consist of a contactor, overload relay, and a NEMA 4X rated polycarbonate enclosure. The motor starters feature a current rating of 9A, support 3-phase power, and include remote start terminals and a reset button. They operate with a 100-250V AC/DC coil and feature an overload range of 4.2-5.7A. To select the appropriate starter, verify the full load amperage (FLA) on the motor or equipment nameplate, determine whether the power is 1-phase or 3-phase, select suitable control power, and choose an overload that accommodates the FLA. Optional configurations include direct-online starting, separate control voltage, or remote start terminals based on the specific voltage requirements for line power and control power.
