Springer Controls manufactures a complete line of IEC enclosed AC motor starters rated up to 60HP or 80A. Each assembled motor starter includes a contactor, overload relay, and a NEMA 4X rated polycarbonate enclosure. To select the appropriate starter, refer to the motor or equipment nameplate to verify the full load amperage (FLA) at the input voltage. Ensure to confirm whether the power supply is 1-phase or 3-phase, and choose a starter rated for current (amps) higher than the FLA. Control power, overload selection, and other criteria such as incoming power type must also be considered. The kit features a 12A 3-phase direct online reset button, a coil voltage range of 250-500V AC/DC, and an overload relay range of 3.1-4.2A, all housed in a durable NEMA 4X polycarbonate enclosure.
