Choose a starter rated for a current (amps) higher than the FLA, select the control power for closing the contactor, and choose an overload that accommodates the FLA. Options for selection include "direct-online starter" for line power used as control power, "separate control voltage" for different control and line voltages, and "remote start terminals" for activation from an external switch.
