Springer Controls manufactures a complete line of IEC enclosed AC motor starters suitable for applications up to 60HP or 80A. These assembled motor starters include a contactor, overload relay, and a NEMA 4X rated polycarbonate enclosure. To ensure the correct starter selection, verify the full load amperage (FLA) from the motor or equipment nameplate at the intended input voltage, confirming the power type as either 1-phase or 3-phase. It is essential to choose a starter with a current rating higher than the FLA of the motor. The kit features a 38A 1-phase option with a separate coil voltage reset button, operating within a coil voltage range of 100-250V AC/DC, and a 35-40A overload relay. The starter can be configured for various incoming power options, including direct-online starters and separate control voltage setups, along with remote start terminals for external switch activation.
