The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for warehouses that handle a diverse range of products, featuring an easy-to-order pre-configured starter unit that includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, with tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column facilitating shelf adjustment at 2" increments and standard pre-punched footplates for easy anchoring. The add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, ensuring anti-corrosion protection and uniform layer thickness, which provides enhanced durability against the rigors of a warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, offering protection against accidental beam displacement. Additionally, the piston lock system is designed to be damage and tamper proof, preventing disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for the compatibility of wire decking and other accessories. The assembly process is straightforward and uncomplicated, and the Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
