The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for versatility in warehouses with diverse product types. Each pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, with uprights and beams made from high-strength steel and quality raw materials. The units feature tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments and standard pre-punched footplates for easy anchoring. The cataphoresis paint process employed provides anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and enhanced durability against wear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement and ensuring damage and tamper-proof protection. Additionally, the design includes a 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams to accommodate wire decking and other accessories. The assembly process is straightforward, and these bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
