The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed to provide versatility for warehouses handling a diverse range of product types. Each pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality materials, with tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allowing for shelf adjustments in 2" increments. The standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. These add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection, consistent layer thickness, and enhanced durability against wear and tear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement; this tamper-proof system ensures safety during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8" step within the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, promoting easy assembly. The Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
