The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses that have a wide variety of product types. This pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. Uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow shelf adjustment at 2" increments, while standard pre-punched footplates offer easy anchoring. The add-on unit features a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and great durability against everyday wear in the warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams utilize a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, protecting against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof system prevents disengagement during use, with a 1 - 5/8" step within the beams accommodating wire decking and other accessories. The units are also Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
