The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for warehouses with diverse product types, featuring a configuration that includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. Constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, these units offer superior durability, with tear drop perforations on the upright columns allowing for shelf adjustments at 2" increments. The standard, pre-punched footplates ensure straightforward anchoring. The add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and enhanced durability against everyday wear and tear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams boast a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, minimizing the risk of accidental beam displacement. Furthermore, the damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the beams accommodates wire decking and additional accessories, allowing for easy assembly.
