The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses that handle a wide variety of product types, featuring one upright frame and two beam shelf levels in a pre-configured kit. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, designed with tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. These add-on units utilize a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, which ensures anti-corrosion protection, consistent layer thickness, and durability against everyday wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for easy accommodation of wire decking and other accessories, simplifying assembly.
