The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units are designed for warehouses that handle a diverse range of products, featuring one upright frame and two beam shelf levels in an easy-to-order pre-configured kit. Constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, the uprights and beams include tear drop perforations allowing for shelf adjustments at 2" increments, while standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, offering anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and resilience against wear and tear typical in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that secures automatically, safeguarding against accidental beam displacement, with a damage and tamper-proof design that prevents disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8" step within the beam allows for the integration of wire decking and other accessories, supporting easy assembly.
