Each pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright columns for shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments. The standard pre-punched footplates allow for easy anchoring. The pallet rack units undergo a cataphoresis paint process utilizing electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and durability against the warehouse environment's wear and tear. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically locks into place, preventing accidental beam displacement, and the piston lock system is designed to be damage and tamper-proof. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8-inch step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories.
