The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units provide versatility for warehouses that have a wide variety of product types. Each easy-to-order and pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow for shelf adjustment at 2-inch increments, while standard, pre-punched footplates offer easy anchoring. These add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, which provides anti-corrosion protection, ensures even layer thickness on items, and offers great protection against everyday wear and tear in the warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, protecting against accidental beam displacement. The piston lock system is damage and tamper-proof, preventing disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8-inch step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories.
