The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet add-on units offer versatility for warehouses accommodating various product types. This pre-configured add-on unit includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, which provides anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and durability against everyday wear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof piston lock system ensures safety during use. The 1 - 5/8" step in the orange pallet rack beams allows for the addition of wire decking and other accessories, and assembly is easy and straightforward. Additionally, the Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop add-on units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
