The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units are designed for warehouses handling a wide variety of product types. This easy-to-order pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The pallet rack add-on units undergo a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and durability against wear and tear in the warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, preventing accidental beam displacement. This piston lock system is damage and tamper-proof, ensuring secure operation during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams allows for the addition of wire decking and other accessories. These Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
