The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units offer versatility for warehouses handling a diverse range of products. This easy-to-order and pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, featuring tear drop perforations on the upright column for shelf adjustment at 2" increments. The standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process using electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, uniform layer thickness, and robust defense against everyday wear and tear in warehouse environments. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, ensuring protection against accidental beam displacement. This tamper-proof piston lock system prevents disengagement during use. The 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and various accessories, allowing for easy and simple assembly. Additionally, Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
